Stress-Tested in the Real World
The first Cyberpunk Ita Backpack prototypes were tested in real life, not just photographed under flattering lights. Shek and his daughter Chelsea carried early prototypes through Japan, loaded them with daily gear and fandom displays, and used the trip to find what worked and what needed fixing.
That field test shaped the final product direction. Comfort, back ventilation, shoulder pressure, display visibility, and daily carry behavior all became part of the revision process. A prototype that looks good but annoys you after four hours is not a success. It is a very stylish complaint.

We do not currently accept returns for change of mind. If your bag arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order details. Orders will ship after the launch campaign and production schedule are confirmed. Delivery timing depends on production progress, destination, and shipping route. We will share updates with waitlist members and customers, and tracking information will be provided once an order is dispatched.

Ita Bag Co works with a small, specialized production team experienced in structured bag construction. The brand and website are operated by Nanobro Technology Co., Ltd., incorporated in Hong Kong. Our goal is to manage development, quality control, and global logistics directly.
